CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS: We do not offer refunds for last-minute cancellations/no-shows. You may cancel 24+ hours before your scheduled reservation through the link in the original booking email. A party more than 30 minutes late is considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to offer your reservation slot to another group. If you’re running late, please contact us at 502-271-8834 to let us know. Your time slot cannot be guaranteed to extend beyond the original booking if late. 

 

BEHAVIORAL CONDUCT: By reviewing these policies and booking our karaoke rooms, you agree to enjoy our rooms in a respectful manner. We strive to maintain a family friendly environment to guests of all ages. Each of our karaoke rooms are monitored through our security system and cameras. If any disorderly conduct is found by our staff, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund. 

 

OUTSIDE FOOD + DECOR: Outside food + decor is always welcome!  We ask that guests refrain from the use of any glitter, confetti, etc. Signs/banners may only be hung on our walls with management approval. If excessive stains or damages are found in our rooms/on our furniture, we reserve the right to recoup these damages through a cleaning fee charged to the card on file. Guests must bring their own utensils, table cloths, etc. and all trash must be removed by the guests at the end of the time slot. Additional tables/chairs will not be provided by Kawaii Candy & Karaoke, and please keep in mind that bringing these items will reduce the space available in the room. 

 

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL: Absolutely no outside alcoholic drinks are permitted. If any are found, you will be asked to leave the premises and your room reservation will not be refunded.

DAMAGES: If any equipment  or furniture is broken or stolen, you will be charged to the card we have on file.

SMOKING + VAPING: Smoking and vaping are never permitted inside the building. If smoking occurs in our private rooms, we reserve the right to apply a cleaning fee to your card on file.
